Prof. David Asirvatham
Executive Dean, Faculty of Innovation and Technology
Taylor's University, Malaysia
Experience: Prof. David Asirvatham is currently the Executive Dean for the Faculty of Innovation and Technology, Taylor's University, Malaysia. Prior to this, he was the Director of the Centre of Information Technology at the University of Malaya (Malaysia) and Senior Director of Centre for Information Technology, Multimedia University (Malaysia). He has held numerous posts such the Associate Dean for Faculty of Information Technology (Multimedia University), Project Manager for the Multimedia and IT Infrastructure Development for a university campus (US$14 million), Finance Committee for Multimedia University, SAP Advisory for High Education Council (Germany), Consultant for e-University Project and many more. Dr. David completed his Ph.D. from Multimedia University, M.Sc. (Digital System) from Brunel University (U.K.), and B.Sc. (Hons) Ed. and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Malaya. He has been lecturing as well as managing ICT projects for the past 30 years. His area of expertise will include Digital Neural Network, E-Learning Technologies, ICT Project Management, Multimedia Content Creation and recently he has done some work on Big Data Analytics and AI.
At the national level, he was the Chairman for the ICT Human Capital Development for 11th Malaysia Plan 2016-2020 (Prime Minister's Office), Secretary for the Artificial Intelligence Society Malaysia, President of Data Science Association (Malaysia) 2021/22, Country Representative for the Asia E-learning Network (AEN) based in Japan, Steering Committee Member for the Implementation of E-Learning for Malaysian Public Sector, and Member of the Malaysian Grid for Learning's (MyGfL) Standards Expert Group (SEG), 2003-2004. At the International level, he worked on various ICT Projects and e-learning technologies workshops in South Africa, Sudan, Iran, Ghana, Kenya, Vietnam, Maldives, Bangladesh (World Bank Project), UAE, India, and Brunei.
Prof. Chenqiang Gao
Experience: Prof. Chenqiang Gao received the B.S. degree in computer science from China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China, in 2004 and the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2009. In August 2009, he joined School of Communications and Information Engineering at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), Chongqing, China. In September 2012, he joined the Informedia Group in School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), working on Multimedia Event Detection (MED) and Surveillance Event Detection (SED) as a visiting scholar. In April 2013, he became a PostDoctoral Fellow and continued work on MED and SED until March 2014 when he returned to CQUPT. He is currently a Professor at CQUPT. His research interests include infrared image analysis, video analysis, machine learning. He has published approximately 80 technical articles in refereed journals and proceedings, including TIP, TMM, TGRS, PR, and CVPR, ECCV, AAAi, ACM MM, etc.
Assoc. Prof. Rajeev Tiwari

Experience: Assoc. Prof. Rajeev Tiwari as a progressive researcher and a dynamicacademician. His passion for teaching and research drives him for doing some innovative and practically implemented publicationsfor the wellness of society. He havean eager interest in contributing to the betterment of society by means of technology. Hisareas of interest for research work are Cloud-Fog-Edge Computing, MANET, VANET, NetworkSimulations (NS2,SUMO), Machine Learning,and Internet ofThings (IoT). He has published more than 65+International,SCI and Scopus publications. He have 4 patents in his name. He has edited many books with International publishers. He have more than 16 years of experience in research, guidance, mentoring and teaching with manyadministrative duties assigned tolike Session chairs, Research group coordinator, R&D mentor/guidance, Guest speaker, Technical Session chairsetc. His academic expertise is in CSE, has more inclination towards Networks, Cloud computing, AWSand Machine learning applications. He can be a key player inany organizational team with his skill set and canlead for accomplishments of organisational goals towards R&D outcomes, planning and accomplishments.
Assoc. Prof. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi

Experience: Prof. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi, associate professor at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Ph.D. in Electronic Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. research interests in machine olfactory, IEEE member, Indian Institute of Instrumentation (Indian Instrumentation) for life Member, Lifetime Member of Speed Society of India, currently editor of International Journal of Robotics and Control, International Journal of Physics and Robotics Applied Electronics, etc., 62 papers published in national journals and conferences, 2 books published, Owns 1 patent. His achievements include: The Best Invention of "Ergonomic Mattress Recognition System Design" at the inventor's imitator and innovator Azad University's 7-hour festival in July 2018; March 2018, the 3rd International Third place in Robot Game Drone Competition (IRANOPEN 2018); February 2018, replacing the best paper of the Fifth International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Computers; the best paper of the Fifth International Conference on Robotics and Mechatronics in 2017.
